Total Body Training (TBT) Precision focuses on power striking with speed, quick thinking, and hand-eye coordination. This class is about hitting your target with pure accuracy, more than force or strength. Our goal is to teach you how to use power striking to kick and punch with speed so that you’re not flailing your arms and legs in hopes of nailing your target.

This class teaches numerous techniques to give you the ability to hit precisely where you want on your target. Each instructor has developed combinations of kicks and punches to challenge all students, from beginners to advanced users.
