We offer programs for children as young as 4 years old through to adults of all ages. Our classes are divided into age-appropriate groups to ensure the best learning experience for every student.

Not at all. Our programs are designed for all skill levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Our instructors will guide you through every step of your martial arts journey.

For your first class, comfortable athletic clothing is perfectly fine. Our Karate Kickstart Membership includes a Gi. Just visit the front desk when attending to get setup!

You can sign up for a trial class by visiting our contact page, calling us directly, or stopping by any of our Ottawa locations. We will find the perfect class time and program for you.

The timeline varies depending on the program and the individual's dedication. On average, it takes approximately 3 to 5 years of consistent training. Our belt system is based on skill proficiency, not just time spent, so your progress reflects your true abilities.

We recommend attending at least two classes per week for steady progress. Many of our dedicated students train three or more times per week. Our flexible schedules across all Ottawa locations make it easy to find class times that work for you.

No. Our memberships are location specific with the acception of our National Team athelets.
