Located on Laurier Street in the heart of Rockland, this dojo offers karate classes for Tykes, Kids, Youth, and Adults, fitness kickboxing, and the Douvris Leadership Program. As one of the newest locations in the Douvris family, the Rockland dojo combines fresh energy with over 40 years of proven martial arts tradition. Whether you're starting your first class or chasing a black belt, Rockland is where champions are made.

Summer Camps
Give your child an unforgettable summer at our Rockland dojo. Our week-long day camps blend karate training, group games, and park time in a safe, high-energy environment led by our certified instructors. Kids build discipline, confidence, and new friendships while staying active all week — and Friday wraps up with a pizza and movie day. Just $349 + HST ($394.37 total) per week — spots are limited, so reserve early.
