The first DOUVRIS location was established on Bank Street by brothers, karate champions, and Master Sensei John and Peter Douvris in 1984. Since that time, they have worked to bring karate programs to other communities. Each location is owned and operated by a DOUVRIS-trained Sensei.

Douvris International Locations
In early 2019 the Douvris brand expanded its programs and services by offering licenses to other karate school owners from around the world! Douvris karate is now offered in Guatemala and Panama, with hopes of more Douvris locations opening up worldwide. Douvris Martial Arts is world-famous for offering karate programming and we have trained some of the best-of-the-best World's Champions in the sport of karate.
