Get Fit with Sensei Nick: 30 Minute Upper Body Workout

For this class, we’ll do a 30 minute HIIT Cardio workout. We’ll get our heart rate up with some high-intensity intervals and focus on our upper body strength with different push-up and plank variations to work out our core, chest, shoulders and triceps. No equipment is necessary; Check it out!
