Summer Camps
DOUVRIS Karate Camps are a fantastic experience for all kids, ages 6 & up! In addition to providing a physical outlet and fitness benefits, our Karate Camps focus on:
- Leadership and teamwork
- Courtesy and respect for others
- Personal focus and concentration
- Problem-solving and non-violent conflict resolution
The DOUVRIS Karate Camp is suitable for beginner through experienced karate students ages 6 & up.
Summer Camps 2025:
Bank Street Location: 1270 Bank Street
- Dates: July 14th - 18th, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Location: 1270 Bank Street
- Cost: $399 + tax for the week
- Who: Open to all Douvris and non-Douvris students ages 6 and up
- Deposit: $100 required to hold your spot (refundable if you cancel before the end of June). Remaining Balance: $299 + tax, due on or before July 7th
- Activities: Karate, kickboxing, indoor & outdoor activities, pizza on Friday and much more
- Bonus: Non-Douvris students will receive a white uniform and belt

Ottawa- East Location: 2275 Gladwin Crescent
- Dates: Week of July 14th, and the Week of August 18th from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Drop off and pick up time: 8:00 AM and pick up by 4:30 PM
- Later pick-up and early drop-off options are available upon request. Just mention it when you register.
- Location: 2275 Gladwin Crescent
- Cost: $ 399+ HST, including a Friday afternoon at Laser Tag and a pizza lunch each week.
- Who: Our camp is open to all members, siblings, or friends aged 5+.
- Deposit: A $50 deposit is due upon registration to reserve your spot. Space is limited, so it'll be on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Activities: Every morning, campers will participate in fun training/conditioning exercises and receive karate instruction for their belt level. Sensei Nick and his black belt instructors will be with the kids daily.
Along with karate, campers will get to play tons of fun indoor and outdoor games and activities under Sensei supervision! Please provide your child with snacks/lunch/drinks for Monday through Thursday. Since we have children with allergies, we ask that you provide a nut-free snack or lunch. Friday will be laser tag/pizza, and movie day! No lunch is required that day.
