Douvris Martial Arts has designed a Leadership Program for its Karate members to assist them in their  teaching skills, leadership development, and knowledge of the curriculum.

The Leadership Program consists of five levels:

• Red Team Leader
• Black Team Leader
• Gold Team Leader
• Assistant Instructor and
• Instructor

Each designation is presented to a member who has met all of the karate program requirements and continues to show dedication to our karate program.

Eligibility  Requirements – Red  Team  Leader:

• shall hold a rank of green belt or higher
• shall attend a minimum of two karate  classes  per  week
• shall be able to successfully demonstrate curriculum to their belt level requirements
• shall be endorsed as a Red Team Leader by the Head and Lead Instructors
