Karate Summer Camps 2025

DOUVRIS Karate Summer Camps are a fantastic experience for kids aged 6 and up! In addition to providing a physical outlet and fitness benefits, our Karate Camps focus on:

  • Leadership and teamwork
  • Courtesy and respect for others
  • Personal focus and concentration
  • Problem-solving and non-violent conflict resolution

The DOUVRIS Karate Camp is suitable for beginner to experienced karate students.

Summer Camps 2025:

Bank Street Location: 1270 Bank Street

  • Date: July 14-18, 2025
  • Time: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Location: 1270 Bank Street
  • Activities: Karate, kickboxing, indoor & outdoor activities, pizza on Friday and much more
  • Who: Open to all Douvris and non-Douvris students ages 6 and up
  • Cost: $399 + tax for the week
  • Deposit: $100 required to hold your spot (refundable if you cancel before the end of June). Remaining Balance: $299 + tax, due on or before July 7th
  • Bonus: Non-Douvris students will receive a white uniform and belt

Barrhaven Location: 3780 Fallowfield Road

  • Week #1: July 14-18, 2025
  • Week #2: August 11-15, 2025
  • Time: 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
  • Location: 3780 Fallowfield Road
  • Cost: $349 + HST per week
  • Activities: Karate, games, outdoor activities, and more
  • Who: Open to all members and non-members, 7-12 years old
  • Registration: Members, secure your spot on Rhinofit. Non-members, please email us at barrhaven@douvris.com

Kanata Location: 105 Schneider Road, Unit 124

  • Week #1: July 7-11, 2025
  • Week #2: August 18-22, 2025
  • Time: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Location: 105 Schneider Road, Unit 124
  • Activities: The program includes karate, games, obstacle courses, dodgeball, arts and crafts, a pizza party and a Nerf gun battle on the last day.
  • Who: Karate camps are available to current members or non-members ages six and up.
  • Cost: $330+HST per week (We will also offer a 10% discount to additional family members)
  • Registration: Email us at kanata@douvris.com with how many campers you are interested in registering and which camp dates you would like to attend.

Kemptville Location: 200 Sanders St, Kemptville, ON

  • Week #1: July 7-11, 2025
  • Week #2: July 14,18, 2025
  • Week #3: July 28-August 1, 2025
  • Week #4: August 11-15, 2025
  • Location: 200 Sanders St, Kemptville, ON
  • Activities: Mornings will consist of karate and fitness. Afternoons will be filled with fun activities!
  • Who: Children ages 7 and up
  • Cost: $250 + HST ($282.50).

Orleans Location:  511 Lacolle Way, Lower Level

  • Week #1: July 7-11, 2025
  • Week #2: August 18-22, 2025
  • Activities: Join us for a non-stop, top-notch week of fun, adventure & karate.
  • Age: This camp is designed for ages 6-12.
  • Cost: $399+HST

Ottawa- East Location: 2275 Gladwin Crescent

  • Week #1: July 14th,
  • Week #2: August 18th from
  • Time: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Drop off and pick up time: 8:00 AM and pick up by 4:30 PM
  • Later pick-up and early drop-off options are available upon request. Just mention it when you register.
  • Location: 2275 Gladwin Crescent
  • Activities: Every morning, campers will participate in fun training/conditioning exercises and receive karate instruction for their belt level. Sensei Nick and his black belt instructors will be with the kids daily. Along with karate, campers will play tons of fun indoor and outdoor games and activities under Sensei supervision! Please provide your child with snacks/lunch/drinks for Monday through Thursday. Since we have children with allergies, we ask that you provide a nut-free snack or lunch. Friday will be laser tag/pizza, and movie day! No lunch is required that day.
  • Who: Our camp is open to all members, siblings, or friends aged 5+.
  • Cost: $ 399+ HST, including a Friday afternoon at Laser Tag and a pizza lunch
  • Deposit: A $50 deposit is due upon registration to reserve your spot. Space is limited, so it'll be on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Registration: Sign up at the front desk! When registering, please provide your child's name, age, any allergies/medications we should be aware of, emergency contact information, and who is authorized to pick up/drop off your child from camp.
