Get Fit with Sensei Nick

Today’s workout is going to be a beginner friendly 30 minute, no equipment, total body session. We’re going to be going through 3 circuits and there will be 4 exercises per circuit. I perform each circuit 3 times, so I encourage you to use the first go through to get a feel for each movement and then the last 2 to try and use the best form possible to get the most out of every exercise.
