Douvris Tykes Karate Program

Douvris Karate Kids Program

Kids Karate (Ages 7-12)

Our Karate Kids program keeps children active while building strong martial arts basics. Students improve fitness, balance, coordination, concentration, and self-discipline. With an emphasis on goal-setting and personal growth, children also learn practical safety awareness.

Douvris Karate Youth Program

Karate Youth (Ages 13-17)

Our Karate Youth program blends traditional martial arts training with modern fitness to help students build strength, confidence, and resilience. Teens develop discipline, technical skills, focus, and leadership qualities that help develop mental fortitude that extends beyond the dojo.

Douvris Karate Adult Program

Karate Adult (18+)

Our Adult program offers a balanced mix of martial arts, conditioning, and practical self-defense. Adults improve fitness, flexibility, and confidence while reducing stress and building a strong, focused mindset. Training is structured, supportive, and adaptable for all.
