Our next belt grading will be held on Saturday, July 22nd. 

The hottest fighter right now, Bailey Murphy, will be at Douvris Martial Arts to give a fighting seminar on Sunday, July 16th. The cost is $30 for the seminar. Private lessons are also available.

Today’s video is a 35 minute sweaty and intense full body workout. I designed each sequence with the goal of moving our bodies in as many ways as possible while using the same muscle groups consecutively to either create a deeper burn and stimulation on that area or to give the area a solid stretch to increase range of motion and contractions for the subsequent movement
